God created each of our hearts to love Him in a way that no one else can. By reflecting on the ways Mary cared for Jesus and loved Him, she can help us see the ways Jesus wants to live His life in us and the ways we are drawn to love Him, and every person made in His image and likeness.

Sr. Noelle Marie Bethlehem, SV

Mary became a living tabernacle – a “house of bread” or “Bethlehem” — in which God revealed His loving Presence to the world. As the first and perfect home for Christ, Mary draws near the poor manger of my own heart, and, resting the gift of her Son there, proclaims with such joy the truth that I, too, can be a home — a living tabernacle — for Him. She will show me how. Christ comes to us at every Mass and remains with us in every tabernacle, re-presenting His infinite desire to make each of our hearts His dwelling place, if we will only give Him room.
