The Sacrament of Confession sets us free from our sins. Watch as Sr. Mary Loretta describes what happens when we give our sins to Jesus.

***We are sensitive that this time of the coronavirus may make confession less available in certain areas. A beautiful and helpful practice, while waiting till the next time you can make a confession, is to pray an act of perfect contrition (with a full heart sorry for your sins and a firm resolution to change your life.) ie. O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and worthy of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, to avoid the near occasion of sin, and never to sin anymore OR Jesus, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me, a sinner OR other variations.
