It’s one that built on a rhythm of prayer, community, work, and meals. While every convent will vary a little in schedule, a typical day looks like this:
5:00am Rise
5:30am Office of Readings, Morning Prayer, 30 Minute Meditation
6:45am Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
7:30am Breakfast
8:30am Apostolic Work/Study/Duties
11:30am Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, 45 Minute Meditation and Midday Prayer
12:30pm Lunch
1:30pm Personal Time
2:30pm Apostolic Work/Study/Duties
5:00pm Rosary and Vespers
6:00pm Dinner
7:15pm Community Recreation
8:15pm Compline
